Your labor contract protects your rights at work. Every labor contract is different, so you should make sure you have a current copy of your agreement. If you do not have a contract, ask your Union Steward or your Union Representative for a copy of your current labor contract.

Healthcare & Pension Benefits
If your labor contract includes negotiated UFCW Local 1116 trust fund healthcare and/or pension benefits, you must contact the Wilson-McShane office with your benefits and claim payment questions. Wilson-McShane is our professional third-party administrator of these benefits. They are also the office to contact regarding related COBRA benefits when your employment ends.

Employee Assistance Program
All individuals enrolled in our health plan are eligible for T.E.A.M., an independent employee assistance program serving companies and unions throughout Minnesota and across the country. Withdrawal Cards
Members that are leaving employment covered by one of UFCW Local 1116's labor contracts are encouraged to request an official UFCW Withdrawal Card. Withdrawal Cards allow you to rejoin the UFCW without paying the membership initiation fee, provided you had paid the full membership fee in your previous employment. Contact the Local 1116 office to request your Withdrawal Card.
